1. About Goal Getters

Goal Getters is a movement and wellbeing app designed to encourage children and young people to build healthy habits through physical activity, challenges, and positive routines.

The App focuses on participation, consistency, and encouragement rather than competition or comparison.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

​

• The App is intended for use by children under parental or guardian supervision

• Parental or guardian consent is required before a child account is activated

• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their child’s use of the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

​

Users must:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose

• Not attempt to misuse, interfere with, or exploit the App

• Not upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

The App does not include messaging, chat, or social interaction features.

4. Health & Activity Disclaimer

​

Goal Getters promotes general physical activity and wellbeing.

• The App does not provide medical advice

• Activities should be completed safely and within the child’s ability

• Parents or guardians should assess suitability before participation

If a child has a medical condition or injury, professional advice should be sought before use.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

​

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription.

• Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

• We do not store payment card or banking details

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via the platform used to subscribe

• Cancellation and refunds are managed in accordance with Apple or Google policies

6. Intellectual Property

​

All content within the App, including text, challenges, visuals, scoring systems, and branding, is owned by Goal Getters or licensed to us.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Suspension & Termination

​

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if:

• These Terms are breached

• The App is misused

• Parental consent is withdrawn

Parents or guardians may request account deletion at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

​

The App is provided on an “as is” basis.

To the extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of the App

• We are not responsible for technical issues, interruptions, or data loss

Nothing in these Terms affects statutory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
