Welcome to Goal Getters. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Goal Getters mobile application ("App") operated by Goal Getters App.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
Goal Getters is designed to encourage physical activity, movement, and healthy habits for children and young people.
You agree to:

Use the App for personal, non-commercial use only

Provide accurate information when creating an account

Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the App
2. Subscriptions
Goal Getters offers subscription-based access to premium features.

Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly or annual basis

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your device settings
3. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period.

If not cancelled before the trial ends, you will be charged automatically

Only one free trial may be available per user
4. User Responsibility
You are responsible for:

Ensuring activities are safe and suitable

Supervising children using the App

Using the App in a way that does not cause harm or injury

5. Health Disclaimer
The App promotes general movement and wellbeing.
We are not responsible for:

Misuse of activities
Always use your own judgement or consult a professional where needed.
6. Accounts
You agree to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts if Terms are breached.

All content within the App (including branding, challenges, and design) is owned by Goal Getters.
